Delivery Information

1. Overview

Brava Toolworks delivers across the UK and Ireland using trusted national couriers. All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse and packaged securely to ensure your tools and accessories arrive in perfect condition.

2. Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 2pm or during weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
You will receive tracking details by email once your order has been shipped.

3. Delivery Options & Costs

Delivery options and pricing are displayed at checkout and depend on the delivery address and weight of your order.
Typical options include:

Standard Delivery (2–4 working days)
Express Delivery (1–2 working days)
Large or Specialist Equipment – delivery times may vary; customers will be notified if extra handling time is required.

4. Tracking & Updates

We’ll send a confirmation email with a tracking number once your parcel leaves our warehouse.
You can use this to follow your shipment directly with the courier.

5. Delivery Delays

We work hard to ensure prompt delivery, but occasionally delays may occur due to courier issues or external factors such as severe weather or strike action.
We’ll always do our best to keep you informed and assist with updates.

6. Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to accept delivery, the courier will leave a calling card or send an email/SMS with redelivery instructions. Uncollected parcels may be returned to us after a set time.

7. Delivery Restrictions

We currently deliver to UK and Ireland addresses only.
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or freight forwarding companies.
Some remote areas may require an additional delivery day.

8. Damaged or Missing Parcels

Inspect parcels upon arrival. If items arrive damaged or incomplete, contact hello@bravatoolworks.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with photos if possible. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
