These Terms & Conditions govern all sales of goods by Brava Toolworks, a division of SSR Limited.

By placing an order through our website or any authorised marketplace, you agree to be bound by these terms.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

3. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order using approved secure payment methods.

  • We reserve the right to adjust prices to reflect changes in tax, courier, or supplier costs.

  • We do not accept responsibility for pricing errors but will notify customers if a correction affects an order before dispatch.


4. The Goods

  • Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith. Colours, packaging, or small design details may vary slightly.

  • We may make minor specification improvements without notice where they do not affect product performance.

  • Goods must be used strictly in accordance with their supplied instructions.

  • Some tools or accessories may require competent or professional use.

  • The Seller accepts no liability for damage or injury resulting from misuse, incorrect installation, or unauthorised modification.

  • Consumable items (such as Diamond³ drill bits and blades) are designed to wear gradually in normal use. Performance may vary depending on material hardness, tool speed, and cooling.


5. Delivery

  • Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  • We dispatch orders once payment has cleared.

  • We are not responsible for courier delays or events beyond our control.

  • Orders are deemed complete once delivered to the address provided.

6. Returns and Cancellations

  • You may cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

  • Custom-assembled or special-order items cannot be returned unless faulty.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return.

7. Damage or Faults

  • Please inspect your delivery upon receipt.

  • Report any damage, missing items, or faults within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Where a genuine fault is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.


8. Warranty and Liability

Tools & Equipment (12-Month Warranty)

  • All durable tools and assemblies are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing or material defects under normal use.

Consumables & Wear Parts (Workmanship Guarantee)

  • Consumable items such as Diamond³ drill bits, blades, and sponges are guaranteed free from manufacturing defects at the time of supply.

  • Because performance depends on the material being drilled or cut, tool speed, pressure, and cooling, normal wear or performance reduction is not covered.

General Terms

  • Where a defect is confirmed, Brava Toolworks may repair, replace, or refund the product.

  • This warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, or modification.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the goods.

  • Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

9. Title and Risk

  • Ownership of goods passes to the customer once full payment is received.

  • Risk transfers upon delivery to the address provided.


10. Use of Goods

  • All products must be used safely and in accordance with the supplied instructions.

  • We accept no liability for loss, injury, or damage resulting from improper use or failure to follow instructions.


11. Promotions and Discounts

  • Promotional offers are valid only during their advertised period and while stocks last.

  • Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively or combined unless stated otherwise.
