1. Overview
Brava Toolworks delivers to the Republic of Ireland directly from our UK distribution centre. We aim to make the process as smooth as possible for our Irish customers while remaining transparent about shipping terms and import requirements.
2. Delivery Service

Orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse.

Typical delivery time is 3–5 working days, depending on location.

Tracking information will be provided once the order leaves our facility.

Deliveries are handled through approved national and international courier partners.
3. Carriage Terms
All shipments to Ireland are supplied Ex Works at Cost (DAP – Delivered at Place).
Brava Toolworks will arrange carriage to the nominated delivery site; however:

The buyer is responsible for import customs clearance upon arrival.

All import customs duties, VAT, taxes, fees, and documentation requirements in Ireland are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

This includes any delays arising from customs clearance at the delivery location.
4. Returns and Warranty (Ireland)

Warranty and returns for Irish customers are handled directly by Brava Toolworks UK.

The same warranty terms and returns procedure apply as listed in our UK policies.
