1. Start a Return

We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase.

If you’d like to return an item, you can begin the process here.

To start a return:

  1. Have your order number and email address ready.

  2. Click the link below to access our returns portal.

  3. Follow the on-screen steps to register your return and receive authorisation.

2. What Happens Next

Once your return request has been reviewed:

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with your return authorisation and instructions.

  • Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including your name and order number.

  • Send it to the address provided in your authorisation email.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your return, using the same payment method as your original purchase.

4. Marketplace Orders

If you bought your Brava Toolworks product through a third-party marketplace such as B&Q or eBay, please start your return using that platform’s return system.

Our team will support the process once the request has been logged through the appropriate channel.
