1. Overview

2. General Terms

Promotional offers are valid only during the stated period and while stocks last.
Promotions cannot be applied retrospectively to orders placed before or after the offer period.

3. Discount Codes

Discount codes must be entered at checkout to be applied.

Codes have no cash value and may not be exchanged or transferred.
If a discount code is shared publicly without authorisation, it may be cancelled or voided.

4. Bundles and Multi-Buy Offers

Where a promotion includes free or discounted products within a bundle, all items must be returned if a refund is requested.
Refunds will be calculated based on the actual amount paid after discounts, not the original retail price.
Free items or gifts are non-exchangeable and must be returned unused and in original packaging if the qualifying product is refunded.

Promotions listed on third-party marketplaces (e.g. B&Q, eBay) are valid only through those specific platforms and may differ from website offers.
Brava Toolworks is not responsible for pricing or promotional errors made by unauthorised resellers.

6. Errors and Misprints

While every effort is made to ensure promotional information is accurate, Brava Toolworks reserves the right to correct typographical errors, pricing mistakes, or omissions and to cancel or amend any order affected by such errors.
