1. Ordering & Payments

Q: How do I place an order?
Simply add your items to the basket and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely using Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other approved methods.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after checkout?
If your order hasn’t yet shipped, contact us immediately at hello@bravatoolworks.co.uk or call +44 (0)1483 226430. We’ll do our best to amend or cancel it before dispatch.

Q: Will I receive confirmation?
Yes. You’ll receive an email confirming your order and another once your items have been dispatched, including tracking details.


2. Delivery

Q: How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery takes 2–4 working days, with express options available at checkout. Deliveries to Ireland usually take 3–5 working days.

Q: How do I track my order?
You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. You can use this to follow your parcel directly with the courier.

Q: What if my parcel is delayed or missing?
Please contact us with your order number. We’ll investigate with the courier and keep you updated until it’s resolved.


3. Returns & Refunds

Q: How do I return an item?
If you ordered from our website, email hello@bravatoolworks.co.uk to start your return. For marketplace purchases (e.g. B&Q, eBay), please initiate the return through that platform’s system.

Q: How long do I have to return an item?
You have 14 days from delivery to notify us that you’d like to return your order, and another 14 days to send it back.

Q: When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your returned goods.


4. Warranty & Product Support

Q: What’s covered by warranty?
All tools and equipment are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty for manufacturing or material defects.

Consumables like drill bits and cutting wheels are covered by a workmanship guarantee at the time of supply.

Q: How do I make a warranty claim?
Email hello@bravatoolworks.co.uk with proof of purchase, details of the issue, and photos if possible. We’ll review and advise on the next steps.

Q: Can I get replacement parts?
Yes — most accessories and replacement parts are available through our website or authorised resellers.


5. Technical Queries

Q: Are Brava tools compatible with other brands?
Most of our accessories are universal-fit, but always check the product description for connection type (e.g. M14, 22.23mm). Items from the Brava Diamond³ range from B+BTec are solely for use with that range toe ensure the highest performance standards.

Q: Can I use Brava drill bits dry?
Only if the product is specifically marked for dry use. Most Brava Diamond³ bits from B+BTec are designed for wet use to ensure maximum lifespan and performance.

Q: What materials can Brava Diamond³ bits handle?
Our Brava Diamond³ Premium range from B+BTec is engineered for porcelain, ceramic, marble, granite, glass, and similar hard materials.
