1. Overview

Brava Toolworks products are built for reliability and professional performance. Every product is carefully checked before leaving our warehouse and guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects at the time of supply.

This policy explains how our warranty applies to both durable equipment and consumable items.

2. Tools & Equipment – 12-Month Manufacturer’s Warranty

Applies to:

Drilling adaptors (UDA 68 / UDGA 68)
Drilling machines, tile cutters, guides, and water tanks
Any powered or mechanical assembly sold under the Brava Toolworks brand

Coverage:

Manufacturing or material defects appearing within 12 months of purchase
Faulty components or assembly issues under normal use

Excludes:

Normal wear and tear
Misuse, neglect, or modification
Damage caused by incorrect operation or incompatible accessories

If a covered fault is confirmed, Brava Toolworks will repair, replace, or refund the item at its discretion.

3. Consumables & Wear Parts – Workmanship Guarantee

Applies to:

Diamond³ drill bits, cutting wheels, blades, sponges, scoring wheels, and other wear parts

Coverage:

Guaranteed free from manufacturing defects at the time of supply
If a consumable fails on first use or within a reasonable period due to a confirmed manufacturing defect (e.g. poor bonding, misalignment, or premature segment loss), we will replace or refund it

Excludes:

Normal wear from correct use
Overheating, misuse, incorrect application, or running dry when wet use is specified
Expected reduction in drilling or cutting speed over time

Because performance depends on material hardness, tool speed, pressure, and cooling, consumable lifespan cannot be guaranteed.

4. Making a Warranty Claim

Email hello@bravatoolworks.co.uk with proof of purchase, a short description of the issue, and photos if possible.
Do not return goods until a return authorisation is issued.
We may request the product for inspection before confirming a remedy.

5. Statutory Rights

This warranty is offered in addition to your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Your right to a refund or replacement for goods that are faulty or not as described is not affected.
