Returns Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Brava Toolworks.

If you change your mind or need to return an item, we make the process simple and fair.

This policy explains your rights and how to arrange a return or exchange.


2. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving it.

3. Condition of Returned Goods

To qualify for a full refund:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage may be refused or subject to a deduction.

  • Custom-built or assembled kits (e.g. custom drill bit selections) cannot be returned unless faulty.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your returned goods.

  • Funds will be returned using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • Refunds will cover the original item cost and standard delivery fee (if applicable).

  • Any additional express delivery costs are non-refundable.


5. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing hello@bravatoolworks.co.uk with photographs if possible.

We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the fault.


6. Warranty Returns

If your product develops a manufacturing fault within the warranty period, our Warranty Policy applies.

In all cases, please contact us first for authorisation before returning any product.


7. How to Return an Item

Once your return has been authorised:

  1. Repackage your item securely in its original packaging.

  2. Include your name, order number, and contact details inside the parcel.

  3. Return it to the address provided by our customer service team.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.


8. Marketplace Orders

If you purchased through a third-party marketplace such as B&Q or eBay, please start your return through that platform’s returns system. The same policy terms apply.
